Important Informations :

Our rates include exclusive use of the entire house, including its private terrace and 3,000 m² garden; final cleaning (€200); bed linen and towels; water and electricity (based on reasonable usage); firewood for the stove; and access to shared areas and amenities (swimming pool, various outdoor games, etc.).

The number of guests specified at the time of booking must not be exceeded. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property, gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited, both day and night.

Additional charges apply for: the tourist tax (€2.20 per adult per night) and use of the electric vehicle charging station.

A signed rental agreement and house rules document must be returned to confirm the booking. A security deposit is required. A property inspection (inventory check) will be conducted upon arrival and departure, signed by both the tenant and the owner.

An arrival-departure other than Saturday is possible depending on availability. Arrival time from 5p.m, departure time before 10 a.m. Pets not accepted, only guide dogs are allowed.
